ABE FROMAN DAY 11 JUNE 2017
In honor of The Sausage King of Chicago, Abe Froman I threw a Sausage Party BBQ!
This was a simple one. The main course was 6 varieties of sausage that I smoked for two and a half hours under a rack of bacon. Yeah, the bacon went to good use, BLTs.
