1st course: Sesame seared tuna tostaditas with mango, red onion and lime chutney.


2nd course: Teriyaki beef lettuce wraps.


3rd course: Lemongrass shrimp in banana leafs with sticky rice.

*This supper club was moved to a private residence to accomodate extra seating. Someday I do hope to do a lakeside event though!
